We are blessed to have Dr. Vicky Tan Warkentien (陳小雲博士) to lead the upcoming Choral Reading Session!
Dr. Vicky Warkentien is Professor of Music at Bethel University, where she teaches Conducting and Piano Pedagogy, chairs Music Theory, and directs the Bethel University Chamber Orchestra. She was recognized with Bethel’s Professor of the Year award for her distinguished contributions. In addition, she serves as Music Director of First Presbyterian Church in Mishawaka, Indiana. Internationally, Dr. Warkentien is Honorary Advisor to the World Association for Chinese Church Music and a Board Director of the Vietnamese Theological Seminary, supporting educational and ministry initiatives across Australia and Southeast Asia.

To ensure availability of songbooks, please complete the online registration by June 30, 2026. Please also note that participants will be required to purchase the songbooks used in the session.
This will be a wonderful opportunity to strengthen your music-reading skills, discover inspiring choral repertoire, and fellowship with fellow church musicians. We encourage choir directors, conductors, and choir members to attend.
