History of ATCECM – Association of Toronto Chinese Evangelical Church Musicians

The Association of Toronto Chinese Evangelical Church Musicians (ATCECM) was established in 1982 with the purpose of serving Chinese churches in the Metro Toronto area. Its objectives are:

to prepare Christians for effective ministry in the church;
to elevate the standard of church music;
to promote church music educations;
to serve as a resource center for church music; and
to encourage composition of new church music.

ATCECM is an independent and inter-denominational organization that is financially supported by individuals, organizations and churches. With the Lord’s blessing and leadership, we strive to build a strong army of “Music soldiers” that marches to His glory.
